McKendree University's Customer Contact Center Leadership Certification Program (CCCL) is
designed to do the following:
Build a Talent Pipeline of qualified customer service associates and leaders
Advance Associate Engagement efforts through targeted development and recognition strategies
Provide learning opportunities to those aspiring to Leadership Roles in the customer contact center industry and
Leverage McKendree as a resource for Human Capital Development.
The CCCL Certification was developed through a partnership with McKendree University and
Greater Louisville Inc., The Metro Chamber of Commerce. The program is based on the philosophy
that excellence is obtained through the synergy of work experience, education and
application.
Classes meet weekly, once online and once in the classroom. Six classes are required to
complete the certification and each class is completed in just six weeks. All eighteen (18)
semester credit hours included in the certification are applicable toward the completion of an
Associate or Bachelor Degree at McKendree University.
McKendree University is currently accepting applications for the
2008 Open Enrollment Session. Classes will be held at McKendree's
Louisville Campus, and the session is scheduled to begin on Tuesday,
