Center for Business Excellence

You've made one of the most important decisions in your life - to earn your degree. We understand that going back to college, for you as an adult with many responsibilities, involves a period of adjustment. As a member of our McKendree family you will find the staff and faculty ready to assist you at anytime.

To help you get started, we have identified several areas that are of interest to new students. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact Karen Gerstner at 502-266-6696 in Louisville or Anita Rison at 270-351-5003 in Radcliff or stop by either campus anytime.

Official Registration

Before each class begins, students are required to sign a registration form for that class. Please remember, you are NOT OFFICIALLY REGISTERED UNTIL THIS FORM IS SIGNED. Registration forms can be signed for a full semester at a time.

Drop/Add Period

If you have already signed your registration form and need to drop the class during the drop/add period (prior to the meeting of the third class) you must stop by the office and sign an official drop slip. Failure to sign the drop slip by the third class session will financially obligate you for the course. If you need to drop a class AFTER THE DROP/ADD PERIOD, you must submit your request in writing to Karen Gerstner in Louisville or the Radcliff Campus Director in Radcliff, to officially drop a course.

NOTE: The drop/add period for all 1/2 semester (8 weeks) and semester (16 week) classes is the fifth business day of the class.
